The benefits
Home based observations
We provide experienced staff to work directly with families in their homes and local communities, offering support while observing and accurately recording progress. This service is requested by the Local Authority.
A cost-effective service.
We work to keep families together wherever possible, providing a flexible service from as little as an hour a week to 24-hour supervision. We can also attend meetings as required.
Qualified staff
Our team is highly trained in key areas such as child protection, observation, family support, and record keeping, with regular supervision and ongoing training.
Staff bring valuable experience from backgrounds including education, nursing, and fostering, and all are fully DBS checked and Local Authority vetted.
